Usman has been a resident of the beautiful City of Chilliwack for 13 years. He completed his bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley. Usman also went to Ipag university in Paris, France, and Yunnan Normal University in Kunming, China as an exchange student to learn about international business and trade industry. Usman always had a passion for real estate and want to pursue his career here in the Fraser Valley thus completing Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the University of the British Columbia. He has also studied Post Grad Certification in Valuation (PGCV) for Commercial real estate and is currently ¾ of the way through the residential real estate appraisal – Certificate in Residential Valuation (AICCRV). Usman loves socialising, and outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, river tubing, and paddle boarding. For your convenience, Usman speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi fluently, and conversational Mandarin.
